LEADERSHIP
Freda Mowad, M.S., CCC-SLP
Chief Executive Officer
Freda has over 20 years' experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and executive leader. Freda began in long term care as a treating SLP and quickly escalated up as a Dysphagia Clinical Trainer, Director of Rehab and Regional Rehab Director. In 2009 Freda became the VP of Operations and from 2015 to 2018 she was President of a leading rehab company that grew from 13 to over 160 contracted locations.
Freda's widespread experience throughout the Post- Acute space includes hospitals, home health, surgical centers, and PACE programs. Freda has established a reputation for delivering consistent clinical and financial outcomes in a highly conscientious manner and has a finesse for navigating change successfully through collaboration with her clients, employees and industry experts. Freda is an active NASL board member.
Susan Krall is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of multi-state Post-Acute rehab management experience. Her client base includes privately owned and nationwide for-profit and not-for-profit skilled nursing facilities, CCRC campuses, home health and out-patient agencies.
Currently Susan’s primary focus is on partnering with clients to identify and implement strategies which drive enhanced outcomes and patient satisfaction in today’s value driven / person centered reimbursement and regulatory environment.
As a member of AHCA, Leading Age, ACHCA, NASL, NPA and AANAC, Susan is committed to continual learning and collaborative strategic initiatives in an effort to facilitate and support successful navigation through ever changing and demanding times.

L.D. is a skilled financial expert with over 25 years of strategic planning experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to QRM, L.D. served in various financial management roles with both public and private long-term care companies.
L.D. specializes in operational finance, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, mergers & acquisitions. L.D. has executive responsibility for QRM's financial operations and provides insight for new business development and innovative strategies.

Sue Olsen is a Speech Language Pathologist with over 30 years of experience in developing and managing rehabilitation services in acute and post-acute settings as well as pediatrics. Her career began as Pediatric Outpatient Clinic Director in Clearwater, Florida. Over the years she was given the opportunity to use her skills in marketing and relationship building to take two small regional therapy companies and expand their services nationwide.
Today, Sue is focused on identifying different avenues and strategies for delivering care and creating new product line opportunities for acute and post-acute providers. Her true passion is developing exceptional relationships and outcomes with those she is honored to work with.
