Quality Rehab Management
Our operations team is comprised of therapists who have been executive leaders in the rehab space for decades. QRM created a management model where all levels of your rehab needs are met in an extremely cost effective manner. Whether your rehab department is currently in-house or you are ready for us to transition your rehab department to an in-house program, QRM creates the rehab structure that you always wanted but were unsure how to execute.
Let QRM work directly in your best interest by taking your burden, not your profits.

What We Do
We convert facilities that are still using 3rd party rehab vendors to an "in-house" model so operators are in complete control of both their cost and revenue. If you are already in-house, we step in to alleviate the rehab management challenges you may be experiencing. A dedicated QRM regional, or Quality Program Manager, is thoroughly in the day-to day management of the rehab department both on-site and virtually. We provide all recruiting services, host the rehab software, train on PDPM, and provide ongoing ADR support. We continually assist the therapists with training and resources to ensure quality and positive outcomes are always the focus.
QRM continues to provide PDPM training and data reporting nationwide. Our finance and compliance teams generate monthly PDPM audits and analytics for our customers as part of our service offerings.
